Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send you a gentle pre-appointment questionnaire.
It’s a lovely way for us to get to know you and your wedding dreams before we even meet.
Begin with a Stroll Through the Rails
Your appointment starts with a calm, unhurried browse, time for you to feel the fabrics, explore the styles, and see what speaks to you. As a private store you are the only bride in the room. No sharing dresses to try with anyone else.
Guided by Heart and Expertise
As you start trying on dresses, we listen with care to every word you say.
We suggest gowns based on your thoughts, your story, and the way you light up.
With years of experience and deep knowledge of our collection, it’s often a gown we gently choose for you that becomes the one you never expected.

Our intimate bridal lounge seats you and up to four guests — two on each side of the runway where you’ll shine in your gowns. For your comfort, we recommend keeping your guest list to four or fewer. Too many voices can make this emotional moment feel a little overwhelming.

Guests seated below often capture unflattering angles, so let us help you get the best shot.
Only photograph dresses you're seriously considering, too many pics are overwhelming.
Please ask before recording videos in store.

There’s no need to bring anything with you, just yourself and your excitement.
If it helps, doing your hair and makeup can make it easier to imagine the full bridal look as you see yourself in each gown.
You may wish to bring a pair of heels but most brides will still find the dresses too long. We use a podium at the end of our runway to help you see the dress in the correct lenth.
